At NEWD Wax Studio, we’re committed to giving every client a smooth, luxurious, and stress-free experience. To make sure everything runs efficiently and fairly, we’ve outlined our studio policies below. 💳 Booking & Card on File

  • All appointments booked online require a valid credit or debit card to hold your spot.

  • No deposit is required, but this ensures your appointment is reserved and helps us maintain smooth scheduling for all clients.

⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling

We know life happens! To respect everyone’s time:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

🚫 No-Show & Late Policy

  • No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice results in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving 10 or more minutes late may require rescheduling and could be treated as a no-show.

  • Repeat No-Shows: Two or more missed appointments may result in the requirement of prepayment for future bookings or temporary suspension of booking privileges.

These policies help ensure that every client’s appointment time is respected and that we can continue providing consistent, high-quality service.

All clients - new and returning - are required to review and initial our No-Show & Late Policy before their next appointment, which is sent to you via the email provided at time of booking. This confirms that you understand and agree to our policies.
